About Yoojin Sohn, MD
Dr. Sohn has a passion to care for her patients and enjoys working alongside them to see their conditions improve through her medical treatment and care.
Yoojin Sohn, MD attended Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, graduating with her medical degree in 2016. Post-medical school, Dr. Sohn completed her Internal Medicine Residency in 2019 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She finished her medical training with a Fellowship program at Emory University in 2021 in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Sohn chose to specialize in Endocrinology because of her love of combating disease. She believes as an Endocrinologist, she can impact patients’ lives by helping them improve and control their diabetes.
Dr. Sohn strives to find treatment strategies to help manage their diseases and lead them to live an optimum life. She values personal, long-term interactions with her patients, and encourages them throughout their health journey. Dr. Sohn is fluent in both English and Korean and is board-certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, and the Endocrine Society. In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her husband and dog and exploring the town where they reside.
