Where are your offices located?
We have 13 Aylo Health locations throughout Georgia in Henry, Butts, and Rockdale counties. Our offices are located in all of the following cities:

How early should I arrive to my appointment?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early, prior to your scheduled appointment time. However, when a patient schedules a visit, our appointment coordinators will inform you on when you should expect to arrive and how you can prepare.
Should I bring anything with me to my first appointment?
First time patients should bring a copy of their past medical records, as this information helps the provider suggest treatment options, make a diagnosis, and understand your medical history. If applicable, patients should also provide their insurance card to ensure health coverage. Lastly, if chosen to complete in advance, patients should also bring their filled out New Patient forms to their appointment.
What insurance do you accept?
Aylo Health accepts most major insurance plans, including; Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Tri-Care, and United Healthcare.
