How do I sign up for the Patient Portal?

Signing up for the portal is easy; simply provide your email address during your next visit to any Aylo Health office, and you will receive a username, temporary password, and link to the portal. From there, log in to create a new password.

How long should I have to wait for a response to a medication refill request?

Medication refill requests are typically handled within 24-48 hours of submission.

How do I change my username?

Your username can be changed in the “Profile” section after logging into the patient portal.

How do I change my password?

Your password can be changed in the “Profile” section after logging into the patient portal.

What do I do if I do not receive the invitation email to the patient portal?

Check your junk or spam folder as some email providers may move your message. If you have tried to send a password reset and you are not receiving an email, call the Aylo Health Patient Service Center at (770) 268-4011 to get assistance with your account setup or password reset.

How long should I wait for lab results to show on the portal?

It can take up to 3-7 days for your results to show in the patient portal, depending on the type of lab or diagnostic imaging item.

Where do I go to pay my bill?

You can pay your bill from the ‘Pay My Bill’ button on the patient portal or visit AyloHealth.com/PayMyBill

Where can I download a copy of my medical record?

You can download a PDF Visit Summary from a specific appointment, or a PDF of all your clinical information for a specific date range by visiting the ‘Medical Info’ section of the patient portal.

How do I find accepted insurance information?

Aylo Health accepts most major insurance plans, including; Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Tri-Care, and United Healthcare. Please note that benefits and coverage are specific to patient plans. We recommend contacting your insurance company to verify that our providers are in your network, ensuring that your office visits will be covered.
