Why did I receive a bill for a doctor I did not see?
Aylo Health is a network of primary care providers and other specificities. So, at times, billing may go out under the supervising provider of the office you visited.
What is the cost for self-pay patients?
Self-pay patients owe the amount of $250 upfront in order to be seen by a provider. At the end of the visit if the balance is less than $250, then we will refund the difference to you. If your services were more than the initial $250 amount, the remaining balance is owed before you leave our office.
