Nanette Spencer, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. She began her journey in healthcare at Albany State University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Driven by a desire to make a broader impact, she continued her education at Augusta University, where she obtained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Nanette holds certifications from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been an active member of both organizations.

Nanette is passionate about empowering her patients through education, helping them take control of their health with knowledge and confidence. She believes that great care begins with connection, and she takes pride in being relatable and approachable, building trust by showing patients she understands their experiences. Her clinical interests include expanding her procedural skills in areas like joint injections, IUD placements, and endometrial biopsies, all with the goal of offering more comprehensive care.

Outside of work, Nanette enjoys reading, working out, and staying active in the world of sports. She’s also passionate about teaching and developing programs, blending her love of education with her dedication to healthcare. Above all, she wants every patient to know she genuinely cares and is here to help, no matter where they are in their health journey.
