Holly Kouts, FNP-C

Holly Kouts, DNP, FNP-C, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of experience helping patients not just manage their health, but truly thrive. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she brings a rare combination of clinical depth, genuine warmth, and an infectious enthusiasm for wellness to every patient she sees. Holly earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Pennsylvania and is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Holly’s philosophy is grounded in a simple but powerful belief: your health is your most important asset. As she often shares with her patients, “Pay attention to your health now, or you will be forced to in the future.” Prevention, she believes, is everything. Whether it’s helping someone lose weight, get their blood pressure under control, or simply build habits that make them feel better, she approaches every goal as a partnership. And watching patients flourish as a result of that partnership is, in her own words, absolutely amazing.

Holly’s clinical passion lies at the intersection of preventive care and whole-person wellness. She has a particular gift for translating healthcare into terms that resonate personally, understanding what matters most to each patient and helping them see how their health is the foundation for everything else they care about.

Outside of the office, Holly is an avid cook who finds something deeply satisfying about preparing a meal and watching the people she loves enjoy it. She works out regularly, loves to travel, and is always on the lookout for a great new restaurant. But her favorite place to be is simply at home with her husband and their rescue dog.
