Fares Hosseinzadeh, MD earned his Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University in Grenada and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Piedmont Columbus Regional and is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Hosseinzadeh is a compassionate family medicine physician dedicated to building lifelong relationships with his patients and delivering care that meets both immediate and long-term health needs. He has clinical interests in chronic disease management, preventive care, weight loss, and sports medicine.

He is passionate about helping patients stay ahead of health concerns through proactive care and personalized treatment plans. He is fluent in both English and Farsi and values meaningful communication with patients from all backgrounds.

Outside of work, Dr. Hosseinzadeh enjoys hiking with his German Shepherd mix, traveling with family, scuba diving, and immersing himself in new cultures.
