About Erica Horace, FNP-C
Erica is committed to helping patients build healthier lives through consistent care, education, and strong provider-patient relationships.
Erica Horace, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University at Buffalo and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University. She has been board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) since 2019 and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care that supports improved patient outcomes.
Erica began her career as a registered nurse, where she gained valuable experience caring for both acute and chronically ill patients. While she found fulfillment at the bedside, she was driven to expand her role and provide care at an advanced practice level. As a nurse practitioner, she is passionate about making a meaningful impact on her patients’ health and quality of life through clinical expertise and a patient-centered approach.
She believes that effective communication is the foundation of strong patient relationships and plays a key role in improving outcomes, treatment adherence, and overall satisfaction. Erica encourages her patients to stay consistent with healthy lifestyle habits, routine checkups, and prescribed care plans, emphasizing that long-term health is built through consistency and proactive care.
Erica enjoys caring for patients with both acute and chronic conditions in the primary care setting. Outside of work, she values spending time with family and friends, traveling, shopping, and exploring new activities. She is also currently learning yoga and enjoys collecting energy bracelets and stones. Guided by the belief that “knowledge is power,” Erica is always striving to learn and grow, bringing that same mindset into the care she provides to her patients.
