Crystal Preston-Lloyd, FNP-C

Crystal Preston-Lloyd, FNP-C, earned her Associate and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clayton State College and State University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University. Crystal is board-certified by of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and is a member of the Society of Vascular Nursing, and the Society of Vascular Surgery.

Crystal’s clinical interests span primary care, urgent care, and vascular surgery, reflecting a broad dedication to meeting patients wherever they are in their health journey.

What drives Crystal most is doing what is best for her patients, always. She believes in getting to know patients beyond their diagnoses, learning about their lives and families to build genuine, lasting relationships. She strives to create an environment where every patient feels valued and confident in their care, and she takes pride in being a provider patients want to return to.

Outside of work, she is a long-distance runner who also enjoys walking her dogs, oil painting, knitting, and gardening.
