Cindy Richardson, FNP-BC

Cindy Richardson, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 24 years of prior experience as a Registered Nurse, primarily in emergency care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Georgia and has been certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Cindy was inspired to transition into primary care after witnessing how many ER visits stemmed from unmanaged chronic conditions. Today, she’s passionate about treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and believes in building strong, trusting relationships with every patient. Her clinical interests include diabetes and renal care, hypertension, joint pain management, and preventive medicine. Outside the office, Cindy enjoys working on her mini-farm, caring for her tropical birds and livestock, gardening, and traveling.
