      We’ve all heard the rule “don’t eat anything after 8:00 pm.” Studies have shown that it’s not necessarily the time you eat, but how much you eat that matters – proportions. Late-night snacking that include sugary, calorie-dense foods is never the best option. If you find yourself hungry at night, make sure you grab a healthier snack and start eating enough at dinner to avoid late-night hunger.

      Should I workout and eat healthy?

      Physical activity is very important, especially in diabetes management. The American Heart Association recommends a minimum of 150 minutes per week of physical activity. Working out paired with a healthy eating plan is more effective than choosing one over the other.
