No-Show Policy

At Aylo Health, our goal is to provide the best possible care and make it easy for every patient to get the appointment they need. Beginning December 1, 2025, we’ll be implementing a no-show fee policy to help improve access and reduce wait times in our offices. 

When patients don’t show up for appointments without canceling in advance, it limits the availability for others who need care. By letting us know ahead of time if you can’t make your appointment, you help open that time slot for another patient in need — keeping our schedules running smoothly for everyone. 

Here’s what to know: 

  • Primary Care & Pediatrics: $35 fee for missed appointments 
  • Imaging Center: $50 fee for missed appointments 
  • Sleep Center: $100 fee for missed overnight sleep study appointments and $50 fee for missed DME appointments 
  • Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the fee
