About Taylor Hardin, FNP-C

Taylor is passionate about partnering with patients through open communication, education, and whole-person care to improve long-term health.

Taylor Hardin, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is committed to providing timely, evidence-based care that supports the whole person.

With a background as a registered nurse in the hospital setting, Taylor developed a strong foundation in responsive, compassionate care. Her desire to expand her impact and practice with greater autonomy led her to become a nurse practitioner. She is passionate about building trusting relationships with her patients and believes that open communication and consistent education empower individuals to take an active role in their health. She values working collaboratively with patients as a team to improve outcomes and overall well-being.

Taylor has a special interest in women’s health and rheumatological conditions. She is dedicated to helping women address and manage health concerns that impact their quality of life. Her personal understanding of rheumatologic conditions also gives her a unique perspective and deep empathy for patients navigating chronic pain and complex diagnoses.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, often coaching their softball teams and cheering them on at games. She also enjoys gardening, making homemade candles, painting, and spending time on the lake. She is guided by the advice to stay humble, kind, and grateful—values she brings into her care for every patient.
