6th-Annual-Holiday-Toy-Drive-22

We know this year has been difficult for many, and the thought of Christmas can be a little daunting for some this season. Between people losing their jobs and dealing with the effects of COVID-19, families are wondering how they can keep the joy for their little ones alive this Christmas. Well, that is where you come in!

Over the last 6 years, we have loved the spirit and generosity of our local communities. Together, we have gathered thousands of toys to make sure underprivileged children in our nearby areas have presents to open come Christmas morning, and we hope this year is no different!

With time still available to give, you can donate to our 6th Annual Holiday Toy Drive at any of our 13 locations – including our 9 Primary Care offices, Imaging and Sleep Center, Endocrinology office, and Pediatrics office – from now until Wednesday, December 16th, 2020.

Toy Requirements:

We are requesting age-appropriate toys for kids ranging from ages 2 years to 14 years old. The toys must be NEW, unopened, and with a minimum value of $20 or more. All other toys will not be accepted at this time.

Where are the toys being donated?

This year, we are partnering with many families of those suffering from and who have recently survived Breast Cancer. With several of these families living without the means to provide for their children due to their disease and never-ending medical bills, we want to make Christmas extra special for them this holiday season.

Donate and receive a gift for your generosity!

Aylo Health loves giving back to the community, which is why if you choose to kindly donate you will receive a coupon for a FREE 3D Mammogram upgrade. Everyone is encouraged to donate, even if they themselves don’t need a mammogram. If you have already had yours this year, you can easily transfer your coupon to a friend or family member or hang onto it until your 2021 annual mammogram.

3D Mammogram…what is that?

Three-dimensional mammography produces a three-dimensional image of the breast using X-rays, showing multiple angles around the breast. Many studies have found 3D mammograms to be more effective at finding more cancers compared to traditional 2D mammograms. They also lower the number of false positives by 40%. Thanks to annual screenings and early detection, there are more than 3.8 million breast cancer survivors living in America today. We’ve designed a comprehensive women’s healthcare plan for the way you live, so patients can get the protection they need at our Pink Ribbon Imaging Facility in Stockbridge, Georgia!

Are 3D Mammograms covered by insurance?

Unfortunately, these are not included as an age-risk appropriate mammogram, making patients come out of pocket for the extra expense. However, with the Toy Drive coupon, that extra expense is waived! If you have more questions regarding a 3D Mammogram upgrade or want to schedule an appointment at our Imaging Center, call (678) 432-6161.

At Aylo Health, we believe there is so much more to staying healthy than ridding illness and disease. Many people feel overjoyed by giving back to those in need, knowing they were able to make a difference and lift up someone’s spirit because of their generosity.

In advance, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to those kindly willing to donate to help make sure these underprivileged children have presents to open on Christmas morning. After a year full of so much heartbreak for these families, and added stress due to COVID-19, your kindness will create moments of joy that will last a lifetime. Thank you!
