Introducing Our New Network

We have some exciting news and we’re so thrilled to share it with you!

As you know, we have always been focused on helping you [our patients] get the most out of your healthcare, which has driven us to create more opportunities to provide you with a variety of health services. So, we feel it’s time our name truly embodied our goal.

Though Eagles Landing Family Practice, Eagles Landing Endocrinology, and Eagles Landing Family Pediatrics will remain the same, they will now operate under the network of Aylo Health. This new transition allows us to better symbolize our mission ― to change the way healthcare is designed by providing better care at your convenience. By combining all our practice locations and specialties under the new network of Aylo Health, we’re giving you a single place to go for all your primary medical needs.

From Primary, Endocrine, and Pediatric care to Imaging and Sleep services ― Aylo Health will be a network of healthcare offices that will encompass it all!

New Network, New Website!
During the transition from Eagles Landing Health to Aylo Health, we will be launching a NEW website. Instead of having to visit multiple websites, you will now find everything available to you at AyloHealth.com starting on September 1, 2020. Our hope is that this will provide easier access to all our services, from Family Practice and Pediatrics to Endocrinology and Imaging.

We’re Still the Same Company!
Eagles Landing Health may feel like a big change to you but let us remind you that we are still the same company we’ve always been ― the one you have come to know and trust. Putting a name to our network just simply allows us to have a better representation of the variety of services we provide as a whole. Besides having a brand-new website, nothing about our company or your visits will look different. The names of the individual medical offices, their phone numbers, and building signage will all stay the same. We remain dedicated to your health and well-being and will continue to provide excellent care to you and your family.
